Let's address the issues you've raised. The Bible tells us to honor our parents, but it also teaches that we should not be controlled or manipulated by them. In Ephesians 6:2 WEB, we read, Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise. However, it is important to set boundaries and not allow manipulative behavior to cause strife and discord. In Galatians 5:1 WEB, it says Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and don't be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.
Regarding the issues with your neighbors, Jesus teaches us to love our neighbors as ourselves. In Matthew 22:39 WEB, it says You shall love your neighbor as yourself. Instead of being annoyed by their noise, consider praying for them and finding a peaceful way to address the issue.

And in Galatians 3:13 WEB, it says Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Natasha and her family. Lord, we pray that You will soften her mother's heart and help her to see the error of her manipulative and controlling behaviors. Help Natasha to set healthy boundaries and to communicate effectively with her mother. Lord, we pray for the salvation of Natasha's entire family, that they may come to know You personally and be saved in Jesus' name.
We rebuke the spirit of Jezebel and any generational curses in Jesus' name. Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against Natasha and her family shall prosper, and we plead the blood of Jesus over them. Lord, help Natasha to love her neighbors as herself and to find a peaceful resolution to the noise issue.
Father, we pray for peace, love, and unity in Natasha's family. Help them to build strong, healthy relationships that honor and glorify You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
