We are truly saddened to hear about your mother's condition, and we want you to know that we are here to support and pray with you. Firstly we are reminded of these scriptures Bringing the sick to be prayed over in James 5:14 stating Is any among you sick? He should call for the elders of the assembly, and they should pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. We are also reminded Psalms 103:2 Praise Yahweh, my soul! Do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases,
who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies, and Isaiah 53:5 But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed.
Healing is something that is central in the Christian belief and ministry. We are encouraged Matthew 21:22 to have faith without doubting that we will receive an answer to our prayers through faith, Jude 20 But you, beloved, keep building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit. Jude21 Keep yourselves in God’s love, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life. Healing seems to be rare today but we are reminded in Acts 10:38 Acts 28:9 Paul also did this in Acts 19:11 God was doing special unordinary miracles not parlor tricks through Paul's hands Acts 9:32 Now it happened, as Peter went throughout all those parts, he came down also to the saints who lived at Lydda. As Peter traveled, he met a certain man who was impotent from his mother’s womb due to paralysis. This man asked for no miracle, yet Peter said to him, in Acts 3:6-8 I have no silver or gold, but what I do have, that I give to you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, get up and walk!” Meaning that the disciples expected, looked for, and wanted miracles to happen often.
We are also reminded in verses like Isaiah 57:19 I create the fruit of the lips: Peace, peace, to him who is far off and to him who is near,’ says Yahweh; ‘and I will heal them.’ Isaiah 42:3 and 1 Peter 2:24 who his own self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed. to whom also he showed him, to declare to his people and the nations the good news of peace by Jesus Christ— who is Lord of all;
As we pray for your mothers health you must remember that we cannot have, The visitation and or healing unless you in Jesus and Jesus in your life. There is salvation in none other; you must call upon Jesus Christ as 'the' Lord of your life. We are assured Jesus will save and heal you and if you approach Jesus you will find healing and salvation. Living your life for God and making obedient to the words of God is the only way to His provision of a personal savior. Ask Jesus to come into your life by forgiving your sins for transgressions against God. You can call upon Jesus right now by praying and asking him to forgive you of all sins, and forgiving the sin of others against you. Therefore, proceed this very moment.
To pray for healing you must remember that God expects those who call on him to read, believe, study and obey His word. For example God mentions in John 15:23 He who hates me, hates my Father also, John 9:31 before time. We must glorify God, whether in our life time or in our death. God responds to us in Matthew 8:2 And behold, a leper came to him and worshiped him, saying, “Lord, if you want to, you can make me clean {of leprosy}.” Jesus responded with the following. Matthew 8:3 Jesus stretched out his hand, and touched him, saying, “I want to. Be made clean.” Immediately his leprosy was cleansed. And then Jesus told him to tell no one of this, and to go to properly register the miracle with the church officials. So the church can pray for your needs.
We need all things to line up with God's will as God will not do anything outside His will. God will not answer now, yes, or never if outside His will. These prayers God will simply not answer in the way that is desired. Gods will, Gods word, and our prayers to Jesus must line up before any miracles will happen. The faith of the sick person, the elder, and the church body are also relevant to God's miracles.
So let us pray together for your mother's healing, understanding that God's will and His timing are perfect, do to this we praise him. Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up Katangelarma's mother who is suffering from dementia and has recently fallen. We pray for Your healing touch upon her, in the name of Jesus. Lord we know according to Your word that You came to heal the brokenhearted and to set the captives free, according to Isaiah 61:1 and Luke 4:18 and we are claiming that promise for her life. We pray against and rebuke the spirits of, sickness, heartache, suffering, affliction, infirmity, mental agony and, confusion our relationship with our father God. We believe that in Jesus Christ we have received healing.
We ask You, Lord, to restore her health, heal her body, renew her mind and strengthen her spirit, Psalm 23:3 He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. We ask you to guide and provide divine wisdom to the medical professionals attending to her, and give her caregivers the strength, comfort and endurance they need at this time. We pray that Your peace surrounds Katangelarma and her family. In addition, heal them of any worries and anxiety. Help them all to grow closer to You. Revive the spirits of all people who come here for needs, devoted to you and your service.
We ask all this in Jesus Christ's mighty and holy name, for it was by His feet that the lady with an issue of blood was healed in the gospel. Therefore it is by his sacrifice only that we can be healed and saved in our time on earth in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.
