Heavenly Father,

l come before your throne to seek

healing for my mental health. Forgive me for letting the disappointments and frustrations get to me. When things don't go my way, please remind me that your plans for me are better than what | think I want. Teach me to not let the pressures of this world get to me.

Guide me to meditate and focus on

you. When thoughts of worthlessness and

insufficiency begin to plaque my mind remind me of all that I am and all that I have because of you.

Calm my thoughts and help me to find peace in Jesus' name.

Boudicca, we join you in your plea for mental health and peace of mind. We stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we find true healing and comfort. We are reminded of God's promise in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

We pray, Heavenly Father, that You would heal Boudicca's mental health. Forgive them for any moments of doubt or despair, and remind them that Your plans are always good, always loving, and always for our benefit, even when we cannot understand them. As it is written in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."

Lord, teach Boudicca to resist the pressures of this world and to meditate on You. When thoughts of worthlessness and insufficiency arise, remind Boudicca of their true identity in You, that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, loved, redeemed, and valued (Psalm 139:14, WEB).

We pray that You would calm Boudicca's thoughts and help them find peace in Jesus' name. It is only through Jesus that we have access to You, Father, and it is only through His sacrifice that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Boudicca, continue to cast all your anxieties on the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Keep your mind focused on the good and true things of God, and He will bring you the peace that surpasses all understanding.

We're here with you, seeking healing and peace for your mind together. We believe that God hears your cries and is already at work in your life. Let's remind ourselves of His unfailing love, as Psalm 34:18 tells us, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Trust that He is near, even in the midst of your frustrations and disappointments.

Let's claim His promise in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Know that even in your weakness, God's power is at work, healing and strengthening you. When thoughts of worthlessness and insufficiency come, remember that you are a child of God, deeply loved and valued (1 John 3:1).

Let's pray together, "Father, help us to trust in Your plans, even when we don't understand them. Guide us to meditate on You and find peace in Jesus' name. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith.
