The Lyrics to Oh Happy Day says when Jesus washed he washed my sins Away. I know the Public proclamation of Baptism being when you enter the Baptistry when you go back you were Dead and when you rise you are washed of those sins or your old Life and you are now new because publicly proclaim your new Life that you are Alive with the Spirit of Christ! Oh happy day Lyrics also say He taught me to watch, fight and Pray and he will rejoice everyday. God rejoices when we follow him in our proclamation to follow Jesus all of the days of our Lives! Baptism is very Important to him when you are letting God know that you are a follower of Jesus you have gone from Accepting to proclaiming to everyone that you were Baptized in the Spirit. I believe when you are Baptized you have now gone All in and you are living for the Kingdom of Heaven and not the World! Even Jesus was Baptized before he started his Work. You know about a year and a half ago someone very close to me went to the Holy land and previously to that I have been praying for that person to be saved and when this person showed me picture of their trip I saw a picture of that person being Baptized in the Jordan River and I had to Thank God for my Prayer being Answered. EL-Shaddai the God of more than enough. My Friend could have been Baptized in our Church or Had Lifted their Hand in Church that they Accepted Christ, but God wanted me to see that picture of this person being Baptized in the same River as Jesus! I was so overjoyed because when God Answers your Prayer he Answers it BIG! I thought of the Movie The Rookie a true story about a Older Relief Pitcher that God had blessed him with a pitching arm clocking in at 90mph that is unheard of for a person at his age He was hired by the Minor League system of the Tampa Bay Rays and when he thought he was wasting his time and was about to call a School system that wanted to hire him before he started playing Baseball again, God blessed him with the Opportunity to play Major League Baseball with the Tampa bay Rays he was told they were on the road and they were being flown to their away game and God wasn't through when his first Major league game was going to be in front of his hometown Crowd!! Jimmy Morris also had a strained relationship with his Father and at the end of the Game After he struck out the last at bat when Jimmy Morris was being interviewed he saw his Father and when his Father admitted to being so Proud to see his son play in a major league baseball game after missing his games as a child and not supporting his son. Jimmy Morris took out the winning Ball out of his pocket and he gave it to his Father! God is Awesome in his plans for us even though we may not know how its going to work out he works it out for our good and he gets the Glory! Oh happy Day!!

I'm the only believer in my family and the enemy is influencing my relatives and family members to steal, kill and destroy me. Most of the challenges I'm facing in life it's because of their plots and the enemy really want to kill me. Please pray for me in Jesus name Amen

Pray for God's protection and deliverance. "No weapon forged against you will prevail" (Isa 54:17). Trusting God's shield and victory!

I think the only one in my nation.. I've asked the holy spirit to guide me where I can find true believers who worship God in truth and in spirit but no response. I'm in the midst of different gods and idols. Please pray for me

It can also be productive to remember our baptism when undergoing trials and testings — to remember we are crucified with Christ... The ancients called it, “improving our baptism.”
This is a wonderful gift from the Lord. He has given us a perfect example to follow. On the Jordan River Jesus when Jesus entered the water and was being baptized a voice came from heaven. This is my beloved Son. Hear ye Him. Our baptism is a step of obedience. A leap of faith and a begining to wak with Jesus all the way to glory.

Baptism is the Christian's religious rite of sprinkling water on a person's forehead or immersing them in water, symbolizing purification or regeneration as well as admission to the Christian Church of all nations. Jesus instituted this for the church. In Matthew 28v 19-20.Once you are baptized you enter into the body of Christ. This is the means by which a person is saved. The person.makes a public profession of Faith and discipleship The person then have a new life of sanctification The baptism represents death to the old life. The person rises to a new life. It is through this ordinance that a person is included in the body of Christ. It is an outward testimony to the inward change of a believers life.
Love so much seeing people going to the water of baptism. Their faith is strenghten and their life improves. May the Lord bless everyone who was baptized and the pastors who baptize them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen
