We are glad to join you in prayer for your daughter's health. Firstly, the name our Lord is made up of the Hebrew Yahweh, and Adonai which means master or Lord. In the New Testament, this title is applied to Jesus Christ. He is the one that created everything and sustains everything by His word. It is by His grace and mercy that anything exists.
In the Book of Matthew, it is recorded that Jesus said The Scriptures record that, "I was hungry and you gave me no food. I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink. I was a stranger and you did not receive me. I was naked and you did not clothe me. I was sick and in prison, and you did not visit me. Then they will also answer, saying, Lord, when did we see you hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not help you? Then he will answer them, saying, Most certainly I tell you, because you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to me." So in caring for your daughter, you are caring for Jesus Christ by proxy.
It is most important to remember that we worship the Lord in spirit and in truth. We must not get caught up in making graven images of Him or that we may fashion Him as we see fit. To do so would violate His law. In addition, the Lord said that if we love Him, we will keep His commandments. So we should desire all that He desires. We also need to desire not to do anything that He does not desire.
In the Book of John, Jesus said, "Most certainly, I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." In the Book of Acts, The apostle Peter said, "he is the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
The Holy Scriptures tell us, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." It is great to see that you are thankful for everything that the Lord does for you.
In addition, the Holy Scriptures tell us to "confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." Since you are praying for healing, let us join you in prayer for your daughter.
Let us pray.
Almighty God, our Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Your Son Jesus Christ, who died on the cross that we may have access to You. Lord, we lift up our ###'s daughter to You, asking for Your divine healing and intervention. Guide the doctors treating her, and let Your wisdom be evident in their decisions.
Father, we know that You see what she is going through. We ask You to strengthen her body and bring her blood pressure to normalcy. You are Lord over every situation, and we trust that You are working everything out for her good and Your glory.
Please surround this family with Your love and peace, and let their hearts be filled with joy and hope as they continue to trust in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen. (Psalm 103:3, Isaiah 53:5, Romans 8:28, Philippians 4:6-7, James 5:16)
Remember, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness."
