We join you in lifting up your daughter before the throne of grace, trusting in the precious name of Jesus Christ, as it is in His name that we have access to God. Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, interceding on behalf of our dear sister's daughter who is in the hospital. We thank You, Lord, that You are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. We claim Your promise in Psalm 107:20, "He sends his word, and heals them, and delivers them from their destructions."
Father, as You wrapped Your arms around the sick and healed them when You walked on earth, we ask that You wrap Your loving arms around this precious daughter now. Comfort her, and take away her pain according to Your will. We pray for the doctors and nurses, that You would guide their hands and give them wisdom in their decisions.
We also lift up our sister, who is home and separated from her daughter. Father, fill her with Your peace that passes all understanding. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her and her daughter. We pray for I Peter 5:7, "casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."
We stand in faith, believing that You are working all things together for good, even in this difficult situation and we ask this prayer in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. For it is in His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed. As it is written in I Peter 2:24, "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. By his wounds you were healed." Amen.
Be encouraged, dear sister, for the effectual fervent prayer of the righteous accomplishes much (James 5:16). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). He is working in this situation, and He loves you and your daughter more than you can ever imagine.
