My Lord we ask for your mighty healing miracles and all your help very soon that you fight for us and reattach this crown permanently that they caused to break off and no surgery or any surgery anywhere in body is ever required. Due to the errors of this dentist, that I soon have an appointment with, praying they not take up the small amount I have left over with the insurance but only to fill a small filling and reattach this cap permanently and it will hold until the the insurance has Rolled my Amt from last year or accumulated enough to get a new crown or they use my unused monies from last year to roll over for this Emergency Please Help in everything my Lord we praise Jesus Christ for Favor miracle open doors and blessings Amen
