My little sister ### is mentally challenged due to stress while in her mother womb. The social service took her other children away and it made her not care for herself. I felt it when my aunt past away and was declared brain dead. Now the baby is ### but acts ###. She is so innocent, please pray that knowledge will increase and she matures.
