My life is ruined.

I thought God brought my husband together bur he retired and it sucked up all of my inheritance. He won't work. I looked over a year for an office/transcription job and the only thing I could find was a retail job part-time. I am thankful for it because I do like it. We are really in debt and I am not sure what to do from here because my pay isn't realy covering the debit. My husband refuses to work and I have been praying for this for a long time. Also, we have been estranged from my daughter and her kids for six years. We don't see them much and with me working I see them less. I am so upset because I don't want them to forget me and I want to see them more. I wish I could live like a normal grandma. Please pray for my life and as it is a big mess, and I would like to see results and I continue to doubt I should stay with my husband even though originally I thought God brought us together.

Firstly, let's address the financial struggles you're facing. Remember the words of Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Regarding your marriage, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting God. He hates divorce (Malachi 2:16) and desires for marriages to be reconciled and strengthened. We pray that God will reignite the love and commitment between you and your husband, and that He will help you both to fulfill your marital roles with love and respect (Ephesians 5:22-33). Remember, God brought you together for a purpose, and He can sustain and restore your marriage.

Concerning your estrangement from your daughter and grandchildren, we pray for healing and reconciliation in your relationship.
