We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed and that your life seems out of control. Firstly, let's remember the words of God spoken through the prophet Jeremiah, "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). Even in the midst of chaos, God has a plan and a purpose for you.
It's commendable that you're trying to do better and that you're seeking the Lord's intervention. Remember, it's not about trying harder, but about surrendering more. As it is written in Romans 12:1-2 (WEB), "Therefore I urge you, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service. Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear brother/sister who feels overwhelmed and out of control. Lord, you know the plans you have for them. Please intervene, Lord, and help them to surrender their life to you. Give them the strength to resist conforming to the patterns of this world, and grant them a renewed mind, able to discern your good, pleasing, and perfect will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Lean on THE LORD for all good things come from Him --remember and repeat....."My HELP comes from The Lord"......ask God for his help and his favor and BELIEVE that he will return that to you as that is his PROMISE.
