We understand that you're facing difficulties at your workplace, Gralyaynn, and we're here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical guidance.
Firstly, we want to remind you of that Jesus said in John 16:33 WEB: I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world.
It's important to approach this situation with a heart of forgiveness and grace, as difficult as that may be. Jesus reminds us to love our enemies, to bless those who curse us, to do good to those who hate us, and to pray for those who mistreat us and persecute us.
When we are facing challenges Jesus tells us Matthew 5:44 But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,
Remember your goal is by your good works to win the favor of God and those around you who might oppose themselves. Your response to persecution should not to lose your job, but to bring Glory to God.
Rebuking anything else would be allowing satan to win in this time of oppression. You are angry? Let God be angry. You are going to lose your job? Let God defend your job and provide for your needs, if He is willing. God is sovereign and this is an opportunity for you to trust him with your needs not depending on your efforts or sympathies of others. Remember that Man's anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires. As we are told in James 1:20 WEB, for the anger of man doesn't produce the righteousness of God.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you lifting up Gralyaynn, asking for your grace and mercy in their workplace. Lord, you see the struggle and the discomfort they're experiencing. We pray for your peace to fill Gralyaynn's heart, and for your wisdom to guide their steps and work in their attitudes to be what you would want them to be.
We pray that any anger would be released to you, Lord, and that you would fight this battle for them, Vindicate them, and you comprehend the wrongs. We ask that you would soften the hearts of those involved and help people shed off offensive pride humbled by your revelation. May things be sorted out in accordance with your holy will.
We pray blessings instead of curses for the situations and persons surrounding your difficulties to the righteousness of God.
We ask that you would provide for Gralyaynn's needs according to your riches in glory, and that you would use this situation for your glory and for their good. In case they have are standing between conviction and compromise, provide a way to escape the compromise gracefully and look to God for provision which is the only provision guaranteed at all. We also ask you bring 2 Corinthians 9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound to you, that you, always having all sufficiency in everything, may abound to every good work. That this grace would abound
We thank you, Lord, for your unfailing love and faithfulness. We trust in your promises and we know all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to his purpose.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
The next time they find themselves in this position, as themselves, What Would Jesus Do? And then find a similar situation from the Gospel of Matthew and do likewise. In this you can have access to abundant grace from god Jesus tells us in the well known scripture, Matthew 11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls.
If Jesus came tomorrow, and you were judged by your actions today, would you be found faithful? And if not what are you planning to do to remedy this situation in the short and long term.
