My job was made redundant after 8 years of working in a company.I was always appreciated there and left with some extremely good references. I found a job almost five weeks after I left my old job although my new colleagues at my new job warned me that my immediate Manager was taken off another job in the same Company and placed in my area because of the many complaints he had received about his work performance.My predecessor at the new job also left because she found he was delegating a lot of his work to her. I ignored their comments and continued working hard praying to God everyday because my church friends and I had prayed so hard I would find a job and although I was not really enjoying the the new job I really wanted to make things work. Just a week before Christmas my Manager said that I did not fit in the company and my contract would not be extended. It was a great shock to me as I had put in alot of effort and put in hours of my own time into the job and received no negative comments all the way .Please pray that in the new year I will find a job which I will be happy with
