We are so sorry to hear about the pain and suffering that your husband and son are going through. We will lift them up in prayer and seek God's will for their healing and comfort. Let us come together in Jesus' name and pray together for this.
Let's remember to pray in the name of Jesus. The Bible reminds us, Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even in him does this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nothing of you the builders, which was made into the head of the corner. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:10-12 WEB.
Let's remember that whatever we ask in his name, he hears us. We remember this in 1 John 5:14-15 WEB "This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."
Let us pray together.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our ###'s husband and son. You know them by name, and You know their every need. We ask for Your healing touch upon them, especially for the back pain and kidney disease that her husband is experiencing. We ask for wisdom for the doctors and medical providers as they evaluate the reason for this pain.
Father, we know that You are able to heal and restore. We pray that if it is Your will, You would bring healing to their bodies and relief from their pain. We pray that their hope and trust remain steadfast in You, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. Romans 8:28.
Lord, we also pray for our ###, asking that You fill her with Your peace and strength during this challenging time. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her and her family. We pray their family be a testimony for the gospel of Jesus Christ in the middle of this trial. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage everyone to trust in the Lord with all their heart, and lean not on their own understanding. In all their ways, acknowledge him, and he will make their paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
