Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and her fiancé to You. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation where her fiancé has been unjustly imprisoned for the past eight months. We pray for his freedom, Lord, knowing that You are a God of justice and righteousness.
In the book of Luke, Jesus shared a parable about an unjust judge who granted the request of a persistent widow. We pray, Lord, that just as the widow's persistence moved the judge to act, Your divine intervention will move the hearts of those in authority to release ###'s fiancé. We ask that You touch the hearts of those involved in his case, granting them wisdom and discernment to see the truth and act justly.
Father, we also pray for comfort and strength for ### during this challenging time. May Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Surround her with Your love and support, reminding her that You are with her every step of the way.
We declare Your promises over this situation, Lord, knowing that You hear our prayers when we ask according to Your will. We trust in Your faithfulness and believe that You are working behind the scenes to bring about justice and freedom.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
