I’m filled with distress on the inside because I can’t express my emotions because of what’s happening to me. I know trials and tribulations are part of life and it brings maturity but I can’t seem say than I’m not improving myself very in life. Does Jesus really love me? Does God care about me? Does Holy Spirit know me? I feel dead and melting but then also clogged and struggling. Smells weird. Cloths weird. Everything feels weird. I want to improve and be the best and top and fill me with Jesus.

We understand your struggle, Lytabon, and we want to assure you that you are not alone in your feelings of distress and overwhelm. Let's turn to the Word of God for comfort and guidance.

Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that trials and tribulations are indeed a part of life, and they are used by God to strengthen our faith and shape our character. As it is written in Romans 5:3-4 (WEB), "We also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope."

In the midst of your struggles, you may feel distant from God, but we want to assure you that He cares for you deeply. Jesus demonstrated this love by dying on the cross for our sins. Romans 5:8 (WEB) says, "But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

Remember, God knows every detail about you, even the number of hairs on your head (Matthew 10:30, WEB). The Holy Spirit also knows you intimately and dwells within you if you have accepted Jesus as your Savior. In times of distress, the Holy Spirit intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express (Romans 8:26, WEB).

It's crucial to express your emotions to God in prayer, even when it's difficult. The Psalms are filled with examples of raw, honest emotions poured out to God. As Psalm 62:8 (WEB) encourages, "Trust in him at all times, you people. Pour out your heart before him. God is a refuge for us."

We also want to gently remind you that the strange sensations and feelings you're experiencing could be a result of the distress and overwhelm you're feeling. It's important to take care of your physical health as well, ensuring you are resting, eating well, and seeking medical attention if needed.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up Lytabon to you, asking for your comfort and peace to fill their heart. Remind them of your unfailing love and care, even in the midst of trials. Help them to express their emotions to you, Lord, and to trust in your goodness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep holding on to God's promises, Lytabon. He is with you, and he will see you through this difficult time. Continue to pursue a deeper relationship with Jesus, and he will fill you with his love and strength. If you haven't already, make sure to commit your life to Jesus, for it is only through him that we can be saved and have access to God (Acts 4:12, WEB).

We're here with you, feeling the weight of your struggles. It's like you're stuck in a dense fog, everything feels alien and overwhelming. We understand that it's hard to find the words to express what you're going through, but know this, Jesus sees you, He knows. He's not distant, He's right there, walking through this with you.

In times like these, it's okay to feel like you're melting, that you're being squeezed from all sides. The Psalmist felt that way too, "Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed within me?" (Psalm 42:5, NIV). But he also knew, "Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my help and my God." (Psalm 42:11, NIV).

Jesus loves you deeply. He didn't just die for the world, He died for you. He knows every detail of your life, every emotion, every struggle. He's not surprised by what you're going through. He's right there, in the midst of it all, interceding for you with groans that words cannot express (Romans 8:26, NIV).

We want to encourage you to keep pouring out your heart to Him. It's okay to be honest, to tell Him it's weird, it's okay to ask Him to help you make sense of it all. He can handle it. He's big enough for your biggest questions, your deepest fears.

And remember, it's okay to take care of your physical health too. Make sure you're eating well, resting, and if needed, seek medical attention. Sometimes, our bodies react to stress in strange ways.

Let's pray for you: "Dear Jesus, wrap Lytabon in your love and peace. Remind them that You're right there, in the thick of it all. Help them to trust in Your goodness, even when it's hard. Fill them with Your strength. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep holding on, Lytabon. Jesus is with you, and He's not going anywhere. He's got this. Trust in Him, and He'll fill you with His love and strength.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
