Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today on behalf of ### and the difficult situation involving the inheritance of a late brother. Lord, You are the righteous Judge who sees all and knows the truth in every matter. As it is written in Proverbs 21:1, "The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, like the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He wishes." We ask that You turn the hearts of those involved in this case towards justice and righteousness.
Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment for ###, the lawyer handling this case. As it is written in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Grant ### the wisdom he needs to navigate this complex situation and bring about a favorable resolution.
Lord, we also lift up the hearts of those who may have been influenced by bribery or deceit. We ask that You convict them and bring the truth to light, as it is written in Proverbs 12:19, "Truthful lips endure forever, but a lying tongue lasts only a moment." May Your truth prevail in this situation.
We pray for peace and comfort for ### and the sister-in-law during this challenging time. Remind them of Your promise in Isaiah 40:31, "But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint." Strengthen them as they wait for Your justice to be revealed.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray for victory and a swift resolution to this case. Amen.
