My ### in hospital difficult condition

Please pray that my father will not have dry mouth. He is in the hospital coughing with slime and having difficulty coughing out.

It seems like he has experienced a stroke, but I and the doctors are not sure. He is not able to properly eat, drink, swallow, talk, or walk. He is bound to bed. Doctors see the cyst on the brain, but for other tests, they say, he is too old. ###. He experienced this condition after hiatal hernia surgery; we suspect it is because of narcosis.

Lord, help him to heal and recover deeply and completely and to be able to eat, drink, swallow, walk, and talk like he should. The hospital will not hold him any longer. They will release him cca Friday, Saturday, and we are forced to put him in a special senior home - monthly costs ### euro. It is like my mother's and father's pension together. They will spend all of his savings if he stays there long. And perhaps we will be forced to give their apartment as compensation. Lord, please DON'T LET THE DEVIL ROB US OF OUR LOVED ONE AND OF THEIR MONEY AND OF OUR INHERITANCE TO

He finally woke up for 20 min and he talked with me, but I understood only 5 percent of what he is saying. He even cried a couple of times, oh my Lord, please help him. He is so sensitive. Jesus, help him, Lord

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother and his family to You. Lord, You know the situation and the struggles they are facing. We pray for Your healing hand to be upon him, that You would restore his ability to eat, drink, swallow, walk, and talk. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and command it to leave in Jesus' name. Father, we also pray for Your guidance and wisdom for the doctors, that You would give them insight and understanding as they treat him. We ask for every test to be clear and the doctors to know how to proceed. We also rebuke the doctors' decision to abandon treatment because of his age. "Do not cast me off in the time of old age; do not forsake me when my strength fails." Psalm 71:9 WEB

Lord, we also pray for Your provision and guidance for the family as they make decisions about his care. We ask that You would direct them to the right facilities and resources, and that You would provide for all their financial needs according to Your riches in glory. "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:19 WEB

Father, we also pray for Your comfort and peace to be with him and the family during this time. We ask that You would surround them with Your love and give them the strength and courage to face each day. "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful." John 14:27 WEB

Lord, we also pray for his salvation and that You extend mercy to him. If he has not already accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior that You reveal Yourself to him. You died on the cross for his sin and ours. We ask if they are not saved already for the family to be able to lead him to Christ. "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." Romans 10:9-10 WEB

We also rebuke the spirit of fear that may be trying to overtake the family. "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB

Finally, we pray and rebuke Satan and declare that he has no authority over this man or his family or his property in Jesus' name. "Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth." Psalm 46:10 WEB

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and love. We ask all these things in Jesus' name. Amen.

We encourage you to continue trusting in God's promises and to seek His will in all things. Remember that He is always with you and will never leave you nor forsake you. "Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid or scared of them; for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you." Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB
