We are deeply touched by your request, dear sister, and we join you in lifting up your husband Kurt and your family's needs before the throne of grace.
Firstly, we remind you of God's promise in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine healing and provision for Kurt and his family. Lord, You know the struggle they are facing with Kurt's health and their finances. We ask, Lord, that You would miraculously touch Kurt's body, that the kidney transplant would be successful, and his body would accept it without any further complications. We pray for his strength to be renewed, for his pain and discomfort to ease, and for Your healing hand to be upon him.
Father, we also lift up their financial struggles to You. We know that You are Jehovah Jireh, our provider, and that You care about every detail of our lives. We ask that You would provide for their needs, that You would open up opportunities for them, and that You would help them to be good stewards of the resources You've given them.
Lord, we also pray for their peace and joy during this difficult time. Remind them of Your love and faithfulness, and help them to cast all their anxieties on You. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."
We also encourage you both to continue to trust in the Lord, even in these trying times. Remember that God is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Also, remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:33 (WEB), "But seek first Godβs Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Keep God at the center of your lives and your marriage, and trust that He will see you through.
Lastly, we notice that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to God's throne (John 14:6). If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
