Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s husband to You. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention as he begins his medication to stop smoking. We pray that You grant him the strength and willpower to overcome this addiction. Your Word says in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." May he find his strength in You, Lord.
Father, we also pray for his health, especially as he battles early COPD. We ask for Your healing touch upon his lungs and body. In Jeremiah 30:17, You promise, "For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds." We claim this promise over his life.
Lord, guide him and give him the perseverance to stay committed to this journey. Surround him with supportive people and resources that will help him succeed. We trust in Your power and grace to bring about this transformation.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
