Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### to You. Lord, You see the struggles and the stress he is facing after being demoted from his supervisor position, despite his ### years of dedication and hard work. We ask that You provide ### with peace and strength during this challenging time.
Father, we pray that You open doors of opportunity for ###, whether it be restoring his position or leading him to a new employer where he can continue to provide for his family. Your Word says in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise, believing that You will meet ###'s needs and guide him to a place of stability and provision.
Lord, we also ask that You alleviate the mental stress ### is experiencing. Grant him Your peace that surpasses all understanding, as mentioned in Philippians 4:7. Surround him with Your love and comfort, and let him feel Your presence in every step he takes.
