We are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing in your marriage, Kylie.P. It's important to remember that God cares deeply about your situation, and He wants to help you. Let's turn to Him in prayer and seek His will for your marriage.
Firstly, it's crucial to understand that God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16 WEB). His desire is for marriages to be reconciled and restored. As you continue to fight for your marriage, remember that with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26 WEB).
However, it's also important to acknowledge that we cannot control or change our spouse; we can only change ourselves. In this moment ask God to show you if there are any changes He wants to do in your life and your marriage.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister Kylie.P and her marriage. Lord, You see the pain and struggle she's going through, and You know the desires of her heart. We ask, in the name of Jesus, that You would intervene in this situation and bring restoration and healing to their marriage.
Lord, we pray that You would soften her husband's heart and turn it towards You. We pray that You would remove any bitterness, resentment, or unforgiveness that may be present in either of their hearts. Help them to see each other through Your eyes, and to love each other with Your love.
Guide them as they navigate this difficult time. Give Kylie.P the strength and wisdom to trust in You and to follow Your leading. Help her to be a godly wife, reflecting Your love and grace to her husband.
Most importantly, Lord, we pray that both Kylie.P and her husband would draw closer to You during this time. We pray that they would seek You with all their hearts, and that they would allow You to be at the center of their lives and their marriage.
We ask and pray for this because Jesus said to seek and to save the lost. (Luke 19:10 WEB) We ask and pray for this because Jesus said that if the Son shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. (John 8:36 WEB) We ask and pray for this because Jesus said that if any two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. (Matthew 18:19 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, Kylie.P, we encourage you to continue to stand in faith, believing that God can and will restore your marriage. Spend time in His Word, seeking His face, and trusting in His promises. Remember that He is faithful, and He will do what He has promised.
We also encourage you to seek out godly counsel, either from a pastor, a Christian counselor, or a trusted mentor. They can provide you with additional support and guidance during this time.
Be sure that you keep God at the center of everything you do because when he is all things are possible. Consider attending a local church and make sure you have a personal relationship with Jesus.
