Please pray that this stronghold that alcohol has on him be broken and destroyed in Jesus Name! Because he is like Dr. Jekyll and Mr Hyde especially when he gets drunk, he has a mood issue that is undiagnosed and this totally amplifies it,he becomes mean and narcissist when he gets drunk,he gets upset with me if I don't want to have sex with him when he is like this. I don't like it

We understand your concern and commend you for seeking help in prayer. Let's bring your request before the Lord together, trusting in His power to deliver and heal.

Firstly, we acknowledge that Jesus is the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It's in His authority we stand against the strongholds of addiction. We must also remember, "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil" (Ephesians 6:11).

Now, let's address the issue at hand. The Bible warns us not to be unequally yoked (2 Corinthians 6:14). As believers, we should strive to be in relationships that honor and glorify God. In this case, your future husband's behavior is not only harmful to himself but also to you. It is crucial to set boundaries to protect yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

We must also address the issue of sex. In the Bible, sexual activity is reserved for marriage (Hebrews 13:4). It is never to be used as a tool for manipulation or control. His demands in this area are not right, and you should not give in to them.

Now, let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus. We stand with our sister in Christ and ask for Your intervention in her future husband's life. Lord, deliver him from the stronghold of alcoholism. Bring conviction to his heart, and help him see his need for You and for change. Give him the strength to overcome his addiction and the mood issues that accompany it. Lord, protect and guide our sister. Give her wisdom and discernment as she navigates this relationship. Help her to set boundaries that honor You. Most importantly, Lord, draw both of them closer to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying and seeking Godly counsel. Remember, God wants the best for you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

We're here with you, sister, lifting your husband up in prayer. We know the struggle is real, but we serve a mighty God who specializes in breaking chains. Let's claim these verses together:

"For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you." - Isaiah 41:13

"With God all things are possible." - Matthew 19:26

Let's pray:

"Dear Lord, we come before You today, laying our sister's husband at Your feet. Lord, You know his struggle with alcoholism, the Jekyll and Hyde persona it brings out. We ask, Lord, that You would break the power of alcohol over him. Help him to see the destruction it's causing, not just in his life, but also in his relationship with our sister. Give him the strength to overcome, Lord. Help him to find his identity in You, not in the bottle.

Lord, we also pray for our sister. Give her wisdom, Lord, to navigate this relationship. Help her to set boundaries that honor You and protect her. Give her peace, Lord, in the midst of the storm. Remind her daily that she is Your beloved daughter.

Lord, we ask that You would draw them both closer to You. Help them to see their need for You, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Let Us Pray: God Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus' name to please bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
