Dear Brogorus, we are here with you in spirit and in prayer during this difficult time. Firstly, we want to address the despair you're feeling. The Bible tells us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God" (Philippians 4:6, WEB). Even in this challenging circumstance, there is hope and help in Jesus' name.
We must also address that the thought of wanting to die is not from God. God has a purpose and a plan for your life, and He wants you to live and prosper even in difficult times. As it is written, "For I know the plans I have for you,β declares the LORD, βplans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). We encourage you to hold onto this promise and seek support from your local church community or a professional counselor to help you through these feelings.
Regarding your husband's job, we are going to pray for God's divine intervention and provision. Remember, God is the provider of all things, and He can open doors that no man can shut. As it is said in Isaiah 45:3, "I will give you the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that it is I, Yahweh, who call you by your name, even the God of Israel" (WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Brogorus and her husband. Lord, You know their needs and the distress they are facing. We ask for Your divine intervention, God. Open the right doors for her husband to find a new job or for their current circumstances to be turned around. Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. We also pray for Brogorus, Lord. Comfort her heart, remove the spirit of despair, and fill her with Your peace and hope. Help her to trust in You, even in this challenging time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Stay strong in the Lord, Brogorus. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this storm. Keep claiming His promises and lean on the support of your Christian community. You are not alone.
