My husband John has finally found a job

My husband John has finally found a job that he likes, has wonderful co-workers and that has hours that are reasonable. The only problem is that he is not selling many cars which makes for very limited income. I am unable to work at this time due to a very rough pregnancy. My husband has several health issues that make this jobs hours even that much better. I can’t imagine that God would want him to go back to his old job where he made more than enough money for the family but he was alway at work 12 hours a day.
We pray for clarity on what to do in this situation. Should he search for work elsewhere or continue giving it all to God and hope that things get better financially where he is at. We have been praying for an answer on what should be done but are financially scraping to make it month to month hope for a breakthrough.
