My husband is having a problem at his workplace. He had his evaluation this week and it was good. His bosses are assigning extra jobs that are outside of his normally assigned duties. First, he was asked to do an accounting assignment which is not part of his job. Today, he was asked to do a purchasing assignment which is not part of his job. These additional duties take up a lot of time and are to be done in addition to his main job. We have also had problems with one boss who we nicknamed "The Colonel". This boss has been causing all the good people to leave because of his poor management skills. Please pray for us to have guidance as to what to do in this confusing job environment.
