My husband is addicted to alcohol and he spends more of his money (income) on it. He tries to stop by praying and going to church but he falls back and goes and drinks again. Please help me to pray for him.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Arvrond and her husband who is struggling with alcohol addiction. We lift up their situation to you, knowing that you are a God of compassion and deliverance.

Lord, we ask that you intervene in the life of Arvrond's husband and break the chains of addiction that bind him. We pray that you would remove the desire for alcohol from his heart and mind, and replace it with a hunger and thirst for righteousness. Your Word says in Psalm 107:20, "He sent out his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave." We claim this promise for Arvrond's husband, believing that your healing power can set him free from this addiction.

Father, we ask for your guidance and wisdom for Arvrond as she supports her husband through this difficult time. Strengthen her with your love and grant her patience and understanding. Help her to be a source of encouragement and support, pointing her husband towards you and the freedom that can be found in your grace.

We also pray for the church community surrounding Arvrond and her husband. May they come alongside them with love, prayer, and practical support. Help them to be a source of accountability and encouragement, walking with them on this journey towards freedom.

Lord, we know that you are able to do immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine. We trust in your power to transform lives and bring healing and restoration. We thank you in advance for the victory that you will bring in Arvrond's husband's life.

He made a promise to me saying that he is not going to drink again coming 2024 and onwards. Now he is at work (mining). Praise to be to God for opening his spiritual eyes to see the advantages of alcohol. Let's pray to God so he can supply him with his Grace so he will be strong to say no to alcohol and to keep his promise.
