We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you are facing with your husband. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will for your situation.
Firstly, it is important to remember that God desires for marriages to be strong and holy. As it is written in Matthew 19:6 (WEB), "So they are no more two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, don’t let man tear apart." We will pray for your husband to be released from the bondage he is currently in and for your marriage to be restored.
However, we must also address the spiritual warfare aspect of your request. The Bible clearly tells us that we are not fighting against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). We will pray for protection and deliverance from the witchcraft you mentioned, in Jesus' name.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our sister and her husband. Lord, we ask that You break any ungodly soul ties that have been formed between him and this other woman. We stand against any witchcraft that has taken hold of him, and we claim his deliverance in the mighty name of Jesus. We also ask, Lord, that You convict his heart and draw him back to his family and his duties. We pray for his safe return and the restoration of their marriage. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith and to trust in the Lord during this difficult time. Psalm 34:18 (WEB) tells us, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
Lastly, we must address the fact that your husband has deserted his work for unknown reasons. We will pray for him to have a change of heart and to return to his duties. We pray that God will give him the strength and courage to face whatever issues he may be going through.
Please continue to pray and seek God's face, and we will stand with you in prayer.
