Let's urgently lift up Genesis
against spiritual warfare. "No weapon formed against you shall prosper" (Isa 54:17). Trust God's protection: "He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge" (Ps 91:4). Praying for His intervention and peace. In Jesus' name!
We understand your concern for your husband's ministry, ###. We stand with you in prayer, seeking the Lord's will for this situation.
Firstly, let's remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 9:37-38 (WEB), "Then he said to his disciples, 'The harvest indeed is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore that the Lord of the harvest will send out laborers into his harvest.'" It is indeed important to pray for more laborers in the harvest field, and we commend you for doing so.
However, we must also remember that success in ministry is not measured by the number of people alone, but by faithfulness to God's call and obedience to His will. As the Apostle Paul says in 1 Corinthians 3:6-7 (WEB), "I planted. Apollos watered. But God gave the increase. So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase."
Let us pray together:
"Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, lifting up ###'s husband and his ministry. Lord, You know the desires of their hearts and the needs of the ministry. We pray, in accordance with Your will, that You would send forth laborers into the harvest field. We also pray for increased fruitfulness, that many souls may be won for Your kingdom.
But Lord, even as we pray for increase, help them to remain faithful and content in Your will, trusting that You are the one who gives the increase. Help them not to be discouraged, but to remember that Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts higher than our thoughts.
We also pray for ### and her husband, that their marriage may be a shining example of Your love and grace, a testament to the power of the gospel. Strengthen their bond, Lord, and help them to encourage and support each other in their respective callings.
All this we ask in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."

Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
