My husband has been cheating for years, every time he promises it won't happen again, but it sure does. I tried everything, singing praises in the mornings, praying together, even taking Holy Communion together every week. Every time he gets confronted, he runs off to stay with his parents for a few days, then returns & I keep forgiving him. His parents have never once called us to discuss it, in fact they side with him. For a year into our marriage, his whole salary used to go to his parents at his sisters request, I allowed it, but they still tried to control our marriage, and thus we have never been happy. God has brought him through many difficult days, including healing and finance... when he was ill and couldn't walk for 7 weeks, he cried out to Jesus to forgive him and heal him, and God did heal him through prayer one evening INSTANTLY, where Doctors couldn't, as soon as he was well, he stopped praying and started affairs. I believe that his immediate family are trying to hurt me at the expense of his happiness, and that could cause him his life and soul. He had told many of his friends, colleagues and extended family how much he wants to be happy and how much he appreciates me being there for him through good and bad, and acknowledges how his family is only there for him when he is working; when he was out of work, none of his family came near was there for him.

Jesus, You said, “Come unto Me all ye that labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest. Learn of Me for My yoke is easy and My burden is light. Thank You, Jesus, thank You, for calling us to Yourself. We have learned that You long for us to come and just lay at Your feet. We have learned You long to hear us whisper our hopes and dreams and our hurts and disappointments, so that you can tend our wounds and sooth all our pain. Draw us, Sweet Jesus, draw us away from all our problems, draw us away from all the cares of this world. Draw us to Your Everlasting Arms and let us lay there hearing Your heartbeat as we hear our own.
