My husband has a rare form of dementia. It affects his frontal lobe. This affects behavior and reasoning. My prayer request is that he understands how important it is to get out affairs in order, wills and power of attorney. We have had six months to digest this diagnosis and the prognosis. He is in denial. I want us to start the new year with all our loose ends tied up and just enjoy what time we have left together. Pray that he sees this from a different perspective. This is not a punishment but that God is protecting him. Pray we can put this source of friction behind us and obtain peace in our home.
