My housing manager is attempting to charge me an exorbitant rent after we have signed a contract locking in my rent at a lower price for this year. The rent he is attempting to charge is far more than what I can afford but that he is trying to charge it after my rate was locked in bothers me more. He is trying to charge me more than I make. please pray.
