My house burned down on the 8th ...

My house burned down on the 8th November 2019 and the insurance company rejected my claims twice, due to the fact that I failed to provide COC which was burnt inside the house and. I involved my lawyers through ombudsman and they still rejecting my claim with same reasons, I don't understand why and I don't have money to build another house for my family. Pray for me so that they can pay. My name is Mpho Agnes Raphasha from south Africa, Limpopo. I'm asking to let his mercy to speak for me and His favor to locate me in Jesus name amen.
