Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Nelriss and her broken heart. Lord, we acknowledge that addiction is a stronghold that has plagued her husband's life for many years. But we know that nothing is impossible for you, Lord, and we believe that you have the power to set him free from this bondage.
We pray, Lord, that you would intervene in his life and break the chains of addiction that hold him captive. We ask that you would remove any thoughts and urges he has to do drugs, and that you would take away the cravings that tempt him. Open his eyes, Lord, to the destructive path he is on and bring about a radical transformation in his life.
Father, we pray for healing and restoration within their family. Mend the brokenness and bring unity and peace. Protect their marriage and shield their children from the effects of addiction. Give Nelriss strength and wisdom as she supports her husband through this difficult time.
We declare your promises, Lord, that you are able to save to the uttermost those who come to you. We stand on your Word that says, "If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed" . We trust in your unfailing love and mercy, knowing that you desire to see families restored and lives transformed.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray, believing that you will bring deliverance and healing to Nelriss' husband. May your grace and power be evident in his life, and may he experience the freedom and abundant life that can only be found in you. Amen.
