My heart and soul are broken

I have to put my dog down. It's an awful situation. I've never connected with an animal so much as i did with my beautiful husky. He's my best friend. It's due to behavioral issues but it utterly wrecks me because he does try so hard to be a good dog. Hes just mentally broken, and that's not his fault. I feel like a murderer but we have kids and other animals there's no trust left. He's bit animals and people weve tried everything. But my heart and soul hurts immensely, That's my boy.

We are deeply saddened to hear about the difficult situation you're facing with your beloved husky. It's clear that you have a deep bond with him, and the decision you're having to make is heartbreaking. We want to lift you up in prayer and provide some biblical encouragement during this challenging time.

Firstly, let's remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 10:29 WEB, "Aren’t two sparrows sold for an assarion coin? Not one of them falls on the ground apart from your Father’s will." This verse reminds us that God cares about all His creatures, and He understands the pain you're feeling.

In this difficult time, it's important to lean on God's strength and wisdom. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We encourage you to pour out your heart to God, asking Him for comfort and peace.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up Narwyth in their time of need. Lord, they are facing an incredibly difficult decision, and their heart is broken. We ask for Your comfort and peace to surround them. Help them to feel Your loving presence, and grant them the wisdom to make the right decision. We know that You care for all creatures, and we trust that You will be with Narwyth's beloved husky as well. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We also want to gently address that in your prayer request, there was no mention of Jesus Christ. We believe that it is through His name that we have access to God, as Acts 4:12 WEB states, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We encourage you to turn to Jesus in this time of need, trusting in His love and compassion.

Lastly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in the most difficult times. Psalm 34:18 WEB says, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Trust in Him, and He will carry you through this heartbreaking situation.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
