Let's lift up Joseph Gelli & Snayford in prayer. "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Ps 34:18). Trust God's comfort & guidance during this time. "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you" (Ps 55:22). Keep believing!
Let us first address the concerns over your son's vision. We are reminded of Jesus' healing power in Mark 10:46-52 WEB, where He healed Bartimaeus, a blind man. Jesus said to him, "Go your way. Your faith has made you well." Immediately he received his sight. Let us pray that your son's faith and the faith of those around him will strengthen his vision 'Let it be, according to your faith, (Matthew 9:9 WEB). For with God, nothing is impossible. (Luke 1:37 WEB) Teach stressing that faith in Jesus is the only way to be saved.
Now concerning ###, he is your neighbor, and that is all he or she is. It is wrong for anyone to steal. It is the eighth commandment (Exodus 20:15 WEB) ### needs to be witnessed to by you to help them commit their lives to Jesus. You have a responsibility as a disciple of Jesus to teach others to be disciples too (Matthew:28:19-20). Remind ### of the consequences of his or her sinful actions, urging them to repent, and trust in the Lord Jesus. Be direct, do not be mean or cruel but speak from the heart, motivated by love and the command to witness by Jesus. The word steal was used. This is extremely serious. It is a criminal allegation. Be careful what is understood by this term. Stealing is one of the Ten Commandments. Make sure whatever is meant by the term is accurate. Do not accuse falsely.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up ###'s son. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch on his eyes. Strengthen his faith and the faith of those around him, trusting in Your power.
We do not know Jesus was included in the prayer because Jesus was not mentioned and therefore will not acknowledge this prayer. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God.
And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, given among men, wherein we must be saved!
We pray for ### and their relationship with their neighbor. We rebuke the spirit of theft and covetousness.
If you did not approach and talk to your neighbor to correct their ways, you did not do your job as a witness. Tell them of their wrong ways!
Functions as a commandment are not giving up on them.

Help them to communicate with their neighbor in love.
