I know I don’t deserve any grace or anything I am trapped I committed adultery and I may have given the woman herpes and I know she’s either going to want me to leave my wife for her or sue me idk what to do I haven’t told my wife yet and it’s killing me.

Regarding the other woman, you must also be honest with her about your intentions to stay with your wife. Offer to support her medically if needed, but make it clear that you will not leave your wife for her.
