My grandmother suffers from severe chronic pain. Her shoulders are giving her the worst agony and she suffered a stroke two years ago and no longer can communicate. She is in pain thru out her body but she has the desire and fight to live. She loves the Lord.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with a heavy heart, lifting up this beloved grandmother who is enduring severe chronic pain, especially in her shoulders. We know that You are the ultimate healer and comforter. As it is written in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."

Lord, she also suffered a stroke two years ago, which has left her unable to communicate. Despite these challenges, she has the desire and fight to live, and she loves You deeply. We ask that You grant her relief from her pain and suffering. In Jeremiah 30:17, You promise, "But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,' declares the Lord."

Surround her with Your peace and comfort, Lord. Philippians 4:7 says, "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." May she feel Your presence and know that she is not alone in her struggles.

We also ask that You give strength and wisdom to her caregivers and family members who attend to her needs. Isaiah 40:29 reminds us, "He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak."

Lord, in Your mercy, alleviate her suffering and fill her with Your love and grace. Psalm 34:18 assures us, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." May she feel Your closeness and find solace in Your embrace.

We pray all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.

We are truly saddened to hear about your grandmother's condition, but we are encouraged by her faith and desire to live. Let us come together in prayer for her, seeking God's healing and comfort.

Firstly, we acknowledge that healing and comfort come from God alone. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3 (WEB), "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and donโ€™t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We trust in His power to heal and restore.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Hewran's grandmother. We know that You love her deeply and that You are the Great Physician. We ask for Your healing touch on her body, especially her shoulders. Ease her pain, Lord, and restore her strength.

Though she cannot communicate as before, we know that her spirit communicates with You. Strengthen her faith and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Comfort her and her family during this difficult time.

In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of infirmity and stroke. We declare healing and restoration over her life. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

In this time of trial, let us remember the words of Isaiah 43:2 (WEB), "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you." God is with her, and He will not leave her nor forsake her.

Lastly, we encourage you, Hewran, to continue trusting in the Lord and to support your grandmother with your love and prayers. Remind her of God's promises and play or sing songs of praise and worship to encourage her spirit.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
