Disciple of Prayer
My grandmother, Dorothy had a series of mini strokes followed by a massive stroke which paralyzed her left side and I believe part of her brain has been damaged. She has been hospitalized now for two weeks and doctors say she has not improved much so they are sending her home to hospice. She says short words, moves her right hand to gesture and sometimes she says whole sentences. I cannot give up on her because she is a strong woman. She survived Malaria when she was 14 years old and the doctors said she would die, she survived colon cancer 20 years ago, triple by-pass open heart surgery 10 years ago yet she is still clinging on to life. I thank God for his mercy and his grace and she has never given up her faith in God. I am asking that all the prayer warriors lift up Ms. Dorothy before the lord and ask for restoration of her speech, her limbs, her mind, her life, and to restore all that was lost as a result of this stroke. I am expecting another miracle because I know what God can do. Thanks for your prayers and support.
