We are truly sorry to hear about your grandmother's health situation, and we understand that this is a difficult time for you. First, let us remind you that God is our ultimate healer and comforter. As it says in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." And in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 WEB, "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God."
In this time of fear and uncertainty, let us turn to God in prayer, trusting in His goodness and mercy. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
**Prayer:**
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister in Christ and her beloved grandmother. Lord, You know the details of this situation, and You are the ultimate healer. We pray for Your healing touch on her grandmother's body, and we ask that You guide the doctors and medical staff during the upcoming surgery. Give them wisdom and skill, and let Your will be done.
Lord, we also pray for our sister. Help her to be bold and to have faith. We know that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Help her to be filled with Your perfect love so that it may drive out all fear. Help her to trust in You and to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her. Help her to be reminded that belief in Your Son is the way to eternal life with You.
Father, we ask that You surround this family with Your love and comfort during this time. Let them feel Your presence and peace, and let this situation draw them closer to You. Help us all by the name of Jesus Christ. Help us to fix our eyes on You and to trust in Your goodness, no matter what circumstances we face.
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you. Do not be afraid for He will never leave you nor forsake you. Share the love of Jesus with your grandmother and remind her of the hope that is found in Him. If she is not saved this is a perfect opportunity to share the Good News with her.
