My granddaughter living in a ### house

Prayer for my 16 yr old granddaughter ### whom has been living with her dad, and now his girlfriend, ### and her daughters ### and ### moved in because he felt sorry for them being homeless. I received this prayer request, I'm concerned about my granddaughter who has anxiety and a year and half ago she overdosed on sleeping pills due to constant bullying at her school which led to her dropping out at school and getting a ged. ###, she likes to have good housekeeping and is a clean person. Her complaint is, that her dad's girlfriend ### and her teenage daughters do not clean up after themselves at all, which leaves my granddaughter forced to clean up after them, just to have a clean dish, clean table etc.. Recently one of the teenagers did a very bad thing and put a dirty menstrual pad underneath her door. This has been going on for months of these young women living comfortably in a dirty house and don't clean up after themselves or work. All this has led up to my granddaughter having more severe anxiety due to the place being dirty. My granddaughter stays in her room. Her dad ### hasn't said anything about the place being dirty, in my opinion he is probably comfortable about it and for sure has developed ungodly soul ties to this ungodly relationship. Is there a scripture about this subject on living in filth? Please help me pray these girls move out so my granddaughter can live in peace again and restore her relationship with her dad that's all she wants for Dad to be single and pay attention to her and brother. He is employed, backslidden and also smokes medical marijuana and I believe this is the source to being lazy and inconsiderate and all that goes with this way of life. Firstly, we acknowledge the importance of invoking the name of Jesus Christ in our prayers, for it is by His name that we have access to God. As it is written, "There is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB).

Let us address the unclean living conditions and the ungodly relationships. The Bible speaks clearly about cleanliness and godly relationships: "But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints" (Ephesians 5:3 WEB). We must rebuke the unclean and ungodly behaviors exhibited by ### and her daughters, as they are causing distress to ### and dishonoring God.

We also recognize the concern about your son's backslidden state and his use of marijuana, which may contribute to his laziness and inconsideration. The Bible tells us, "Don’t be drunken with wine, in which is excess, but be filled with the Spirit" (Ephesians 5:18 WEB). We pray that he turns away from these habits and seeks God's face once again.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###, her father ###, ###, and her daughters. Lord, we ask that You intervene in this situation and restore peace and cleanliness to their home. Father, we rebuke the spirit of uncleanliness and ungodly relationships that has taken root in their household. Lord, we pray that ### and her daughters would repent of their inconsiderate and unclean behavior, and that they would seek Your face and turn their lives around.

Lord, we also pray for ###, that he would turn away from his backslidden state and his use of marijuana. Father, we ask that You convict his heart and draw him back to You, that he may be the godly father that ### and her brother need.

Lord, we pray for ###, that You would comfort her and heal her from her anxiety. Father, we ask that You surround her with Your love and protection, and that You would restore her relationship with her dad. Lord, we pray that she would find strength and courage in You, and that she would continue to walk in Your ways.

Wow..this whole situation has resemblances to my niece and nephew living with their single dad in total squalor because of his drinking and smoking etc. I feel your pain so much. God, I pray in the name of Jesus for granddaughter ### and her living conditions. She is being unfairly treated by dad's girlfriend and her daughters!! She is already dealing with bullies at school and took sleeping pills in the past. God, I pray thy salvation and immediate help..this is so dire. She feels she has to stay in her room to avoid slobs in the house and they are also mean....In the name of Jesus I pray you restore peace in her home. She sounds like a wonderful young lady trying her best to get through all this only ### yrs old. Please help her dad stand up for her and her brother more and make things right in the home. Protect her from self-harm type feelings and bless her with a good future. Please keep her under the wings of your protection I ask..pray and plead in the name of Jesus.
