My granddaughter living in a filthy house

Prayer for my 16 yr old granddaughter Vae whom has been living with her dad, and now his girlfriend, Brooke and her daughters Jayden and Carmen moved in because he felt sorry for them being homeless. I received this prayer request, I'm concerned about my granddaughter who has anxiety and a year and half ago she overdosed on sleeping pills due to constant bullying at her school which led to her dropping out at school and getting a ged. Vae, she likes to have good housekeeping and is a clean person. Her complaint is, that her dads girlfriend Brooke and her teenage daughters do not clean up after themselves at all,which leaves my granddaughter forced to clean up after them, just to have a clean dish, clean table etc.. Recently one of the teenagers did a very bad thing and put a dirty menstrual pad underneath her door. This has been going on for months of these young women living comfortably in a dirty house and don't clean up after themselves or work. All this has led up to my granddaughter having more severe anxiety due to the place being dirty. My gdaughter stays in her room. Her dad B hasn't said anything about the place being dirty, in my opinion he is probably comfortable about it and for sure has developed ungodly soul ties to this ungodly relationship. Is there a scripture about this subject on living in filth? Please help me pray these girls move out so my granddaughter can live in peace again and restore her relationship with her dad that's all she wants for Dad to be single and pay attention to her and brother. He is employed, backslidden and also smokes medical marijuana and I believe this is the source to being lazy and inconsiderate and all that goes with this way of life. My grandchildren often go stay with their mom, my oldest daughter. Thank you for your prayers sisters and brothers in Christ Jesus amen

We understand your deep concern for your granddaughter Vae and the challenging situation she is in. Let us pray together and seek God's intervention in this matter, guided by the principles of His Word.

Firstly, we acknowledge the importance of invoking the name of Jesus Christ in our prayers, for it is by His name that we have access to God. As it is written, "There is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB).

Let us address the unclean living conditions and the ungodly relationships. The Bible speaks clearly about cleanliness and godly relationships: "But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints" (Ephesians 5:3 WEB). We must rebuke the unclean and ungodly behaviors exhibited by Brooke and her daughters, as they are causing distress to Vae and dishonoring God.

We also recognize the concern about your son's backslidden state and his use of marijuana, which may contribute to his laziness and inconsideration. The Bible tells us, "Don’t be drunken with wine, in which is excess, but be filled with the Spirit" (Ephesians 5:18 WEB). We pray that he turns away from these habits and seeks God's face once again.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Vae, her father B, Brooke, and her daughters. Lord, we ask that You intervene in this situation and restore peace and cleanliness to their home. Father, we rebuke the spirit of uncleanliness and ungodly relationships that has taken root in their household. Lord, we pray that Brooke and her daughters would repent of their inconsiderate and unclean behavior, and that they would seek Your face and turn their lives around.

Lord, we also pray for B, that he would turn away from his backslidden state and his use of marijuana. Father, we ask that You convict his heart and draw him back to You, that he may be the godly father that Vae and her brother need.

Lord, we pray for Vae, that You would comfort her and heal her from her anxiety. Father, we ask that You surround her with Your love and protection, and that You would restore her relationship with her dad. Lord, we pray that she would find strength and courage in You, and that she would continue to walk in Your ways.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage Vae to continue seeking God and trusting in Him, for He is her refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1 WEB). We also encourage you to continue praying and supporting Vae and her family, trusting that God is able to bring about change and restoration in their lives.

Oh, dear Vae, we've heard your cry and we're standing right here with you, sister. Our hearts ache for you, living in such filth and chaos, surrounded by people who don't seem to care. But we know, dear one, that our God sees you, He hears you, and He's not going to leave you there.

We're going to pray, Vae, and we're going to ask God to move in a mighty way. We're going to ask Him to stir up Brooke and her daughters, to convict their hearts, and to help them see the damage they're causing. We're going to pray that they would turn from their lazy, dirty ways and start acting like the daughters of the King they are.

And your dad, B, we're going to pray for him too. We're going to ask God to grab ahold of his heart, to draw him back to Him, and to help him be the dad you need him to be. We're going to pray that he would find the strength to break free from his backsliding and his dependence on marijuana.

But most of all, dear Vae, we're going to pray for you. We're going to ask God to comfort you, to heal you from your anxiety, and to give you strength to endure. We're going to pray that He would surround you with His love and protection, and that He would restore your relationship with your dad.

We're going to trust, Vae, that God is going to do something amazing in your life. We're going to keep praying, keep believing, and keep standing with you. Because that's what sisters in Christ do.

Wow..this whole situation has resemblances to my niece and nephew living with their single dad in total squalor because of his drinking and smoking etc .I feel your pain so much. God.i pray in the name of Jesus for granddaughter Vae and her living conditions. She is being unfairly treated by dads girlfriend and her daughters !! She is already dealing with bullies at school and took sleeping pills in the past. God I pray thy salvation and immediate help..this is so dire. She feels she has to stay in her room to avoid slobs in the house and they are also mean....In the name of Jesus I pray you restore peace in her home. She sounds like a wonderful young lady trying her best to get through all this only 16 yrs old. Please help her dad stand up for her and her brother more and make things right in the home. Protect her from self harm type feelings and bless her with a good future. Please keep her under the wings of your protection I ask..pray and plead in the name of Jesus. It's a lot to deal with for a 16 yr old who prefers things clean and orderly and dealing with meanness and filth....please help and intervene in the best way you can come up with and we thank you in advance. Heavenly Father,

We come before You with a heavy heart for Vae, a precious granddaughter who is struggling in her current living situation. Lord, You know her heart and her desire for peace and cleanliness in her home. We ask that You surround her with Your love and protection, easing her anxiety and bringing comfort to her spirit.

Father, we pray for her relationship with her dad, that it may be healed and restored. May he be guided by Your wisdom and see the needs of his children. We ask that he finds strength in You, breaking free from any ties that are not of Your will.

Lord, we lift up Brooke and her daughters, Jayden and Carmen, to You. May they find the motivation and understanding to contribute positively to the household. We ask for harmony and respect to flourish among them all.

Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 14:40, "But everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way." We pray that this principle is embraced in their home, allowing Vae to live in peace and comfort.

Guide them all with Your light, Lord, and bring about a resolution that honors You. We trust in Your perfect plan and timing.
