Lots of fruits, vegetables, grains, not so much faty foods and porc/red meat.
She and her son are so overweight that they barely walk.
Many times i said to her that she.should watch what she eats and how much, but she found some scriptures that support her poor eating habits.
Lord have mercy.
Also.it seems to me that she puts other peoples needs before her own and neglect herself even in clothes and hygieme. She has a dog and it takes time to take care of her dog. Her son is cca 40 years old and he she makes food for him, he doesnt know to take care of himself properly. Lord help her to love herself more and set proper boundaries. She was sexualy abused in childhood, i think.it is connected to that.
Lord heal her emotionaly and physicaly. Talk to her. Give her revelations that will move her life forward and heal her inside and out. Lord we need here angelic interventiin and something radical to happen. Amen. She deserves happy and healthy life. Lord help her to stop being enemy to herself. Amen
