My God pls help me

I have a few medical scares and issues I am currently investigating.
I have cancer like symptoms such as unexplained weight loss, pain across the back, bloatedness, etc and I have done all the tests and thus far negative as per cancer
I still cant explain my symptoms and continue to have tests.
I pray that the lord pls dont let me confirm my worst fears and actually have cancer, I want God to heal me.

OI also am going through a divorce where the wife is putting me through an awful lot and I am in a terrible place. I am not even allowed to speak or have any relationship with my sons even though we still live in the same house.
i pray to the Lord to pls help me conclude this divorce favourably and I dont become destitute and bankrupt as the motives she had in marrying me are coming to fruition and not in the Christian values we all should subscribe to. I pray God gets me through
And finally I pray God sees me through my pending operation to repair my neck vertebrae/disk issues bruising my spinal cord, the op is imminent and I pray that in Jesus name I come through this

No idea, sorry but having ultra sound tests, x-rays, CT scans just to rule out suspected cancer
