We are truly sorry to hear about your girlfriend's health situation and we are here to pray with you and offer some biblical encouragement. Firstly, it's important to acknowledge God's power to heal and restore, as it mentions in Psalm 103:2-3 "Bless the Lord, my soul, and forget none of his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."
However, we want to remind you of the importance of pursuing relationships that align with biblical principles. As a Christian, it's crucial to seek God's will in all aspects of life, including relationships. If this relationship is not aligned with God's will for marriage, or if it is in a place of sexual relations we would call fornication, we encourage you to pray about this and consider God has put you in this relationship to show you His will.
Although we are praying for your girlfriend's healing, we also pray that God will reveal His purpose for both of your lives and guide you, including your relationship with your girlfriend. If you have not been living in alignment with God's will, we encourage you to repent and seek His forgiveness, as mentioned in 1 John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you today, lifting up Spuyranton's girlfriend to you. We ask for your healing touch upon her body, that you will restore her strength and make her whole again. We pray for your comfort and peace to surround her and Spuyranton during this challenging time, knowing that you are the ultimate healer of mind and body.
Lord, we also pray for your will to be done in Spuyranton's life and his relationship. Guide him and his girlfriend according to your purpose, helping them to seek your will and honor you in all they do and not their own desires without God. If they have been living in a way that does not align with your will, we pray for their repentance and forgiveness. Help them to trust in you and their relationship with you in everything they do. We do not ask for your will to be done in our own lives only, but as Jesus prayed in the garden of Gethsemane, we ask for your will to be done in all situations and relationships.
Lastly, Lord, we pray that Spuyranton will grow closer to you during this time, seeking you daily and growing in his faith. We ask this all in Jesus Christ's name, for it is by His name that we come to you, and by His name alone that we can be saved. Amen.
