Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before Thee in the name of Jesus, lifting up Misgwir's heartfelt prayer. Lord, as Misgwir draws closer to Thee, it seems that friends and family are drifting away. We know from Thy word that "a man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother" (Proverbs 18:24). Father, we ask for Thy divine comfort and guidance in this time of loneliness.
Lord, reveal to Misgwir the purpose behind this season of isolation. Help Misgwir to understand Thy will and to trust in Thy perfect plan. Thy word tells us, "Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths" (Proverbs 3:5-6). May Misgwir find peace in knowing that Thou art always present and that Thy plans are for good.
Father, we ask that Thou would bring genuine, godly relationships into Misgwir's life. Surround Misgwir with a community that uplifts, supports, and encourages in faith. As it is written, "Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend" (Proverbs 27:17). Let Misgwir find a tribe that reflects Thy love and truth.
We pray for strength and courage for Misgwir during this time. May Thy Holy Spirit fill Misgwir with hope and joy, knowing that Thou art working all things together for good. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end" (Jeremiah 29:11).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
