Let us first acknowledge and thank our Heavenly Father for bringing these concerns to our attention, so that as a Body of Believers we can pray together in the name of Jesus.
We are called to bear one another's burdens, and so we lift up your friend and coworker in prayer. We ask that God would intercede in her workplace situation, that those who are causing her distress would be convicted of their actions and that they would recognize her diligence and dedication. We remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ."
We pray together for your mother's upcoming surgery, that God would guide the hands of the surgeons and bring healing to her body. But even more importantly, we pray for her soul, that God would reveal Himself to her in a powerful way. As it says in 1 Timothy 2:3-4, "This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth."
We pray for God's protection over you and your loved ones, that He would help you to be discerning and vigilant against the schemes of the devil. As Peter says, "Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour" 1 Peter 5:8.
We also lift up your man in prayer, asking for God's healing and provision for a long life. We pray that God would bless your union and that nothing would divide you. However, we must also remember that God's design for relationships is clear in the scriptures. We must be be equally matched with a Believer as stated in 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" So we pray that if your relationship is not aligned with God's will, that He would reveal this to you and give you the strength to follow His path.
Lastly, we appreciate that you have submitted this request in the name of Jesus. It is only by His name that we have access to the Father, as it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
So together we pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her requests. Lord, we ask for Your intervention in her friend's workplace situation, for healing and revelation for her mother, for protection over her and her loved ones, and for Your will to be done in her relationship. Give her Your peace, Lord, and help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
