My friend needs prayers
We understand your concern for your friend's health and we join you in lifting her up in prayer. It's wonderful that you've approached the throne of grace in Jesus' name, as He himself taught us, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14 WEB)
Let us pray together:
Lord Jesus, we come before You today to intercede for our dear sister in Christ. We ask for Your divine healing and restoration upon her. As it is written in Your Word, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, even as your soul prospers." (3 John 1:2 WEB) We claim this promise over her life right now. Help her to trust in You, Lord, for You are her refuge and strength, her very present help in trouble. (Psalm 46:1 WEB)
We also want to encourage you, Skewvid, to continue standing in faith with your friend. "Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." (James 5:16 WEB)
Remember, it's not just about physical healing, but also about spiritual wholeness. Ensure that you both are right with God, having confessed any known sins and trusting in Jesus' finished work on the cross. It's in His name and by His stripes that we are healed. (Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24 WEB)
We stand with you in faith, believing for complete healing and recovery. Keep trusting in God, and remember His promises are yes and amen in Christ Jesus. (2 Corinthians 1:20 WEB)
