We understand your concern for your friend Evelyn, and we are here to join you in prayer and to offer biblical encouragement.
Firstly, let's remember what the Word of God says about healing and peace:
"But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." (Isaiah 53:5 WEB)
"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." (Matthew 11:28-30 WEB)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our friend Evelyn to You. Lord, You know her struggles with physical weakness and fatigue, and You see her sleepless nights. We ask for Your healing touch upon her body. Please grant her peaceful nights of sleep and restore her strength, so that she can focus on her studies and fulfill the purpose You have for her life. Protect her from any harm, and guide her safely back home. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her deeply. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Evelyn's healing and peace can only be found in Jesus Christ. We encourage her to draw near to Him, to read His Word, and to trust in His love and care for her. If she hasn't already, we urge her to begin a personal relationship with Jesus by believing in His death and resurrection for her sins.
"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (Romans 10:9-10 WEB)
We will continue to pray for Evelyn, trusting that the Lord will work in her life and bring her peace, healing, and success in her studies.
