Let us come together in prayer for your friend ###, who has chosen to step away from your friendship and the games you enjoy together. We understand that you care deeply for him and desire his well-being, even as you acknowledge that his intentions may not be aligned with godly principles.
Firstly, we must remember the words of Proverbs 17:17 in the World English Bible (WEB): "A friend loves at all times; and a brother is born for adversity." True friendship is steadfast and enduring, even in challenging times. Let us pray that your friendship with ### will be guided by this unwavering love and support.
However, we must also address the issue of wrongful intentions. The Bible teaches us to "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather expose them." (Ephesians 5:11, WEB). If ###'s actions are indeed driven by wrongful intentions, we pray that he will be convicted by the Holy Spirit and turn away from these desires.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ###. We ask that You soften his heart and guide him in Your truth. If his intentions are not aligned with Your will, convict him of his actions and lead him back to the path of righteousness.
We also pray for our dear friend who submitted this request. Give them the strength and wisdom to navigate this situation. Help them to love ### as You love us, with patience and kindness. Remind them that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved and have access to You. As it is written, 'There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!' (Acts 4:12, WEB).
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we encourage you to continue showing ### the love of Christ. Be patient and kind, and always be ready to share the hope that you have in Jesus (1 Peter 3:15, WEB). Remember that it is not our job to convict or judge, but to love and guide others towards the truth.
