We understand your concern for your fiancé's health and we are here to pray and provide guidance according to God's word.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Jeremiah 30:17 (WEB), "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, 'This is Zion, whom no man seeks after.'" God is a healer, and we believe that He can touch your fiancé's eye and bring healing.
However, we also want to remind you of the importance of seeking medical attention when needed. In Luke 5:31 (WEB), Jesus says, "Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do." We encourage you to seek medical attention for your fiancé's eye, alongside trusting God for healing.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today seeking healing for our brother, Swanfirkor's fiancé. Lord, You know the pain and discomfort he is experiencing due to the swelling in his left eye. Lord, we ask that You touch his eye and heal him according to Your will. We also ask for wisdom and guidance for the medical professionals who are treating him.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, we want to remind you both of the importance of seeking God's will in your relationship. As you prepare for marriage, we encourage you to build your relationship on the foundation of God's word and pray together, seeking God's guidance in all aspects of your lives.

Let's trust that God's strength is made perfect in your fiancé's weakness, and His grace is enough.
We're also thinking about your fiancé's comfort. In Matthew 11:28-29 (WEB), Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls." Let's encourage him to find rest in Jesus, knowing He cares for him deeply.
We'll keep praying for your fiancé's healing, for wisdom for the doctors, and for peace in your hearts. And remember, as you both navigate this, you're not alone. We're here, and so is our big, loving God. Stay strong, and trust in His care. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
